ABOUT THE BUSINESS
Operating at the same premises for over 30 years, our bakery has a reputation for exceptional products – both quality and range. We make a wide variety of specialty loaves, rolls and other products. Company operates shift from around 3pm to midnight each day. We are completing a renovation and refurbishment to set the business up for its next phase of growth and looking to grow our team. This is an exceptional independent bakery – services both its own retail operations and premium wholesale accounts – it’s a great team environment to make your mark on.
We are looking for experienced bakers – for both permanent and casual positions.
The Head Baker – responsible for our afternoon / evening production. This is a 5 day a week position and includes responsibility to execute to a product schedule and manage a small team.
You will be passionate about baking, making our wide product range to the highest standards. You are innovative, keen to both learn and share what you know with others around you.
Your background may be working with a local chain operator or other independent bakery – either in Australia or abroad.
You must have 1 year’s experience & You will require your own transport
